Seminars and workshops a) four seminars to promote awareness and global awareness of the issues of senior entrepreneurship (empowerment & Awareness), Favoring the debate and the dissemination of the project. This initiative is aimed at the target public (unemployed over 45 and highly qualified) to development agents and decision-makers at the local level, As well as society in general, Seeking to generate a change of attitude in the face of the need to value this fringe active population and boost their skills in the context of sustained paths to increase business dynamics; B) conduct 4 sensitization and training workshops aimed at younger generations, On the advantages of intergenerational entrepreneurship, In partnership with universities. The aim of these actions is to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit of the younger generations in articulation with the older generations, To discuss and clarify the advantages of joining professionals with a wealth of knowledge and experience for the development of possible business partnerships with a view to creation of more innovative companies with high competitive potential. It will be tried to develop these actions with the participation of testimonies of real cases of intergenerational entrepreneurship, Fomenting the sharing of experiences. According to the specificity of these events, Several tasks will be developed, Among which: Design and planning of the event; Invitation to speakers; Disclosure and registration; Rental of rooms and audiovisual equipment; Organization (communication, Economato, Etc.) and development of actions. 2. Assessment under this sub-activity, It is intended to list the main aspects to be improved with a view to closing the intervention methodology. This evaluation will take place at various points in the program, Through the application of questionnaires and other evaluation tools at the level of the different recipients, Using a battery of impact indicators, The results of which will be systematized in a final recommendations report.
