The quantities of medicinal products requested must be carried out within 2 (two) working days of receipt of the application and emergency requests within the day of receipt of the request. Supplies should be made from 08:00 to 15: 30h. (This does not apply to emergency requests). In cases where the delivery time is falling on a non-working day, the same shall expire on the next business day. The reclamation period for delivered poor goods is 14 days, and the removal of the seller's deficiencies is within 24 hours. Delivered medicinal products must be approximate residual shelf life 50% of the shelf life.
