Contract award notice: Design and implementation of an Integrated Information System (IIS) for the planning and management of resources in the State enterprise Port Infrastructure . The object of this order is Design and implementation of an Integrated Information System (IIS) for the planning and management of resources in the State enterprise Port Infrastructure . The scope of the contract envisages design, construction, delivery and implementation of information system in BPIC as part of the implementation of measures to increase the efficiency of the company and reduce the use of paper documents. The introduction of ICI (ERP system) will support the implementation of all investment projects and the development of new envisaged for financing with funds from the EU funds in the coming years will improve processes in the implementation of strategic and operational planning activities, management and maintenance port infrastructure. In the process of building a modern, efficient and profitable corporate structure in BPIC plays an important role optimization and automation of processes in corporate governance. Deploying a single integrated information system for planning, management and control of enterprise resource should lead to the following results: to achieve transparency in the management and implementation of best business practices; introduction of uniform procedures for decision-making; improving regulatory management; effective management of investment projects; increase profitability through enhanced control over the accountability of expenditure; centralize data and analyzes; unified data - a single version of the truth in different reporting sections; consolidated business processes; consolidated user interfaces. These results should be achieved through implementation of powerful software solution for resource management BPIC in accordance with current regulations. Its introduction will help to improve the quality and efficiency of management of port infrastructure and will create conditions for economic growth. The system will help achieve long-term goals for sustainable development and modernization of the national transport infrastructure. The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of the structures of the enterprise through better information provision concerning: - Create and maintain a common operating picture of the BPIC resources and reduce the use of paper documents, - Management of finance, accounting and management accounting, - Manage and optimize costs - Management of revenue - Integrated management of corporate fixed assets - Manage provisioning, - Project management, - Human resource Management.
