Subject to the fulfillment of the first part of the public contract is the delivery of the following new devices: a mounted machine (1 pc) - a technology that allows to assemble parts µBGA. Subject to fulfillment of the second part of the public contract is the delivery of the following new devices: rework stations (1 pc) - desktop device for universal repair components on the PCB and the workplace optical inspection (1 pc) - a device for checking µBGA smallest components and other manufactured components. Common to both parts of public contract also included a complete technical documentation incl. instructions for operation and maintenance (in Czech). Within the supply of equipment will be done right on the place of performance, installation, commissioning and operator training sponsor.
