The contract is a public service of providing social prevention services social rehabilitation focused on training job skills, housing for people with mental disabilities outpatient form in Hradec Kralove and outreach through the region Castle minimum required capacity for outpatient form 15 clients and landscaping form 5 clients. Supplier~s obligation to operate social rehabilitation services is a comprehensive provision of services to achieve independence and self-sufficiency of people in the target groups aimed at developing skills in the care of a separate household, self service, employment and social skills. The main objectives of the services are intended to promote the integration of people in the target groups in society - the labor market and the housing market, maintaining and developing cooperation with other entities for this purpose (employment services, local government, social services aimed at promoting and developing job skills, social services aimed at promoting housing), as well as to maintain and strengthen cooperation with social care services (esp. of homes for people with disabilities, special homes, day centers) and educational institutions in order to transfer the appropriate users~ social rehabilitation.
