System BRS (Baggage Reconciliation System) is used to identify baggage and their assignment to passengers (Reconciliace Storage) before loading into the physical plane. Storage reconciliace process is in accordance with the requirements of documentation of the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization). The issue of reconciliation of baggage to fly is described in Annex no. 17 to the Chicago Convention, which deals with the safety of civil aviation. The aforementioned addendum stipulates that the airport (resp. Airlines) must provide baggage transport always in line with the transported passengers. For safety reasons is unacceptable presence of the baggage without a passenger on board the aircraft.
