The successful tenderer will also design and deliver development modules aligned to our L and D strategy. As the business continues to grow at scale, the strategic approach will drive fresh thinking and value into our organisation in the area of Learning and Development. The winning tenderer will partner with the business to develop a strategic programme of work which reflects best practice and delivery options to deliver on our business and people needs.
