Part of the subject matter of the contract with the first three tenderers in the order of the tender evaluation criteria. Individual contracts will be awarded on the basis of the results of the reopening of the competition within the meaning of § 83, 5, S. B) of the act on public procurement. The tenderer will submit the bid for 1 or for both parts of the subject the object of the procurement is the realization of pilcíckych and extraction works in the forest stands and workplaces located in the territory of the forest units. A ii. And secers in compliance with all the legislative, Technological, Performance and safety standards and regulations in force in the forestry sector sr. These mining operations consist in the actual harvesting of timber manually harvested by harvesters, Harvesters, Horses, Tractors, Forestry lanes, Export kits, Wood preserver and handcrafted timber with jmp or harvesters. Contractors are required to comply with all the provisions of the agreement on compliance with generally binding and specific conditions for the carrying out of forestry activities in the workplaces wherever elected form an integral part of the framework agreement in carrying out the forestry activities in the mining process. The whole subject of the contract is divided into two parts consisting of 2 forest units (lc buce i. Ii. And lc axes), In view of the specifics of the stands, Their woody structure and field conditions in the individual localities as well as the condition to create a space for securing teaching process and practical demonstrations of various mining methods for forestry faculty students here, The contracting authority has defined for each of these parts the envisaged scope and type of required work activities, As well as the relevant combinations of technological procedures for the realization of the mining operations. The outcome of the public procurement will be the conclusion of the framework agreement on the contract.
