The contracting authority authorized to conduct the procedure and select the best offer (part 1, part 2 and part 3 of the order) is the city of Darlowo. Orders will be awarded (they will sign contracts for the supply of electricity) the contracting authorities described in chapter XVIII. 2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. until 31/12/2024 up to 928 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume - 8,041.79 MWh. The contracting authority will award orders in three parts. 3. Details regarding the consumption of electricity are described in Annex 1A/1B/1C to SWZ List of collection points. 4. PPE was not covered by the status of a prosumer. 5.
