Data is entered into the system using the GTL tool implemented during the project. The GTL tool to be implemented will also be configured for road and waterway systems during the project. This call is open to a bid from eight (8) nominated experts who will implement the system using agile software development methods. The acquisition includes application development (estimated duration 24 months), after which the maintenance phase begins (duration up to 60 months). The customer estimates the total value of the application development phase to be EUR 2,000,000 and the total value of the maintenance phase to be EUR 2,500,000. These are non-subscriber estimates.
