The Agency hereby invites you to submit tenders for consulting services for the organizational review and the change process that ensues. The assignment involves working closely with the National Agency to analyze the agency~s mission and challenges, and develop proposals for authority in a more appropriate way to organize and carry out their work. The contract also includes preparing proposals for the approved changes should be implemented. It is also to assist the Authority in implementing the agreed changes. The Agency is looking for a supplier with consultants who have extensive experience in making organizational analyzes of whole organizations where all the included features available in a larger organization, such as IT operations, procurement, financial management, performance management and monitoring, communication and skills, are included. Furthermore, we are looking for consultants who have extensive experience in conducting organizational analysis in close collaboration with the client. The consultants Wanted also has extensive experience in assisting organizations operating in the change process. The Agency intends to sign an agreement with one (1) provider. Agreements signed initially for one (1) year with an option to extend the contract for an additional one (1) year.
