CKS is a super -resort information system whose factual guarantor is the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic and the technical operator is a data center (budgetary organization under the founding competence of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic). The Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic is the administrator of the information system and on behalf of the State exercises ownership rights to the information system. The Ministry of Finance has a source code and the relevant technical documentation for the information system.
