Delivery of natural gas, including distribution services, must correspond to the technical conditions and operating rules of the PDS and must be in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic and the valid Decree of the ÚRSO. The contracting authority requires min. tolerance zone 10 % in which the natural gas supplier will not apply No sanctions against the customer due to the emergence of a deviation between the actual collection of natural gas and expected amount of natural gas collection.
