The procurement is split into sub-contracts for the best possible coverage of the users' needs. Contracts will be signed for each sub-contract with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs. Parallel framework agreements will be signed in sub-contracts 3, 5, 7, and 8 for seat cushions from minimum two tenderers, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. In the other sub-contracts, contracts will be signed for each sub-contract with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs. There can, therefore, be variations from sub-contract to sub-contract regarding whether a framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer, or whether parallel framework agreements will be signed. An estimate has been given for the total value for the procurement.
