If, after the validity period of the offer in which the bidder ranked first is unable to conclude a new subsequent contract for justified reasons, the contracting authority reserves the right to purchase from the 2nd place, respectively the 3rd place in the framework agreement. br The products are divided into lots by minimum and maximum quantities estimated according to the calculation base and the annex no. 1 to the contracting strategy. br The delivery of products from the subsequent contracts will be done only on the basis of order. The orders will be sent by the contracting authority, by fax or e-mail and the delivery will be made periodically in the time interval.
