Dansk Boligbyg was handed down by decree on February 26, 2024 by the Probate Court in Horsens taken under bankruptcy proceedings. Upon bankruptcy, the project was initiated under the contracting contract. In continuation of Dansk Boligbyg's bankruptcy, the bankruptcy estate has entered into the agreement with the housing association Give, section 136 28 (contracting). The bankruptcy estate will then let Selmer Byg A/S, CVR no. 43225065, join the agreement and thereby complete the project. There is no change in the contract party on the contracted contract, cf. supplementary also the principles in section 182 (2) of the Tendering Act. 1, No. 2. Present CONTRACT ...
