Each student will be given an allowance which they will use towards the purchase of uniforms throughout their period of study at Queen~s. At the commencement of their studies, each student must purchase 2 tunics, 1 polo shirt, 1 jacket and 1 pair of trousers and 3 sets of epaulettes. They will be advised to purchase a further tunic as the need arises, however, this will be a minimum requirement. They will be free to purchase a higher number of garments if they so choose. Tenders are therefore invited for the supply of uniforms for these students. Whilst the University will award, operate and monitor this contract, all arrangements for the supply of uniforms will be between the students and the successful tenderer(s). The specification of requirements in respect of this contract is enclosed as Appendix 2.
