In accordance with the provisions of § 35 and § 101 of the Act, the contracting authority distributed a public contract into two parts, which he defined as follows: Part 1: Project 1: Planting Teo1 k.ú. Blankartice Part 2: Project 2: Planting LBC9, LBK64 and KZ1 in the cadastral area. Vernerice Part 1: The project is located in the village of Hermanov, k.ú. Blankartice and it is a technical anti -erosion measure in the form of planting semi -semi -semi -semi -winding Teo1. A total of 290pcs of shrubs, 93 rooted growths with single -colored tubing will be planted and newly established a lawn in an area of 3,266m2, the whole protected fence in a total length of 863m. Following care for windbreak will take place for the next three years according to the specified management and schedule of maintenance set out in the project documentation.
