Contract design and execution of rehabilitation of district heating in Oradea receive. The works will be implemented according to Romanian legislation, in conjunction with FIDIC Conditions of Contract - Yellow Book, 1999 edition, and include: - Design activities referring to detailed technical design for investment for the rehabilitation of the heating system in Oradea. The project will include among others all the necessary documents (as would be memories, drawings, calculations, detailed design, etc.) to develop technical project in accordance with national legislation and any documentation required to obtain building permits and commissioning. - Develop documentation (DTAC, DTOE, etc.) required to obtain permits and approvals necessary for the execution, including the cost of fees; - Technical assistance from the designer; - Acquisition of materials and equipment; - Construction works for installation of district heating networks and rehabilitation works at the initial stage, including site development; - Testing and commissioning, as applicable; - Remedy any defects arise during the Defects Notification 36 months. - Support / Training of staff of the Beneficiary and / or operator.
