Under Article 6 paragraph 3 of HG 925/2006 purchaser intends to supplement the 50% maximum quantity of products purchased, since 01/01/2016, for the first 4 months of 2016 by means of addendums agreed with the supplier, according to needs and availability of financial resources allocated for this purpose. We specify that the aggregate estimated value of the acquisition (so + the 4 months of 2016) is 1 153 704.96 RON, VAT excluded, of which 769 136.64 RON, VAT represents the acquisition value for 2015 and 384 568.32 RON, VAT excluded, the amount of any addenda in 2016. Important: the offer is developed considering the estimated quantity and value of the lot up to 31.12.2015, reported no cumulative estimated value (val. till 31.12.2015 + adtionate on possible cases 2016).
