The nice côte d~azur metropolis comprises 49 municipalities for approximately 550 000 inhabitants and covers a territory of 1 400 km 2 , On which it exercises sanitation competence. The metropolitan sewerage service includes 1,440 km of network, 122 lift stations and 51 wastewater treatment plants with a total capacity of 960,000 population equivalents. The contract holder must have the necessary skills and references attesting to these skills, But also act continuously throughout the execution of the contract independently, Especially vis-à-vis suppliers and companies likely to achieve later work on the site haliotis station.
