Contract award notice: Since June 1997, the Pension Insurance Institution (PVA) has been operating the IT service management tool BMC ITSM-Suite. This is used by the user service (support for all IT matters) or all departments of the IT business area as well as external services for the handling of the fault and requirement management and as inventory management for all IT components. The software is operated on servers and in rooms or by employees of the PVA at the Vienna location. In addition to the usual software maintenance, the objectively described support also requires support from the company for maintaining the operation. For licensing reasons, the new maintenance contract must be seamlessly connected to the maintenance contract, which is still in force until 29 June 2017. The maintenance contract covers all existing and future licenses to be purchased by the customer.
