The works mainly comprise: - The renewal of the air handling unit reservoirs B and C of the plant in Choisy-Le-Roi with the installation of a unit of 20,700 m3 / h, - The installation of a network of rectangular ducts in galvanized steel insulated (about 200 ml 250x650 mm section sheaths 800x800 mm) - Installing an aluminum ductwork (approximately 100 ml of section ducts 350 x 800 mm) - The installation of an air intake duct PVC (about 15 meters 710mm section ducts) - The supply of the electrical cabinet and automation, - The realization of the electrical installation, - Installation of instrumentation. Will be applied to the negotiated procedure with prior call for competition in accordance with Articles 141, 144.I.1, 150, 165 and 166 of the Public Procurement Code in its latest consolidated version. It shall apply the procedures reserved for contracting entities within the meaning of Part II of the Public Procurement Code.
