Construction project within the meaning of Annex no. 5 of Decree no. 146/2008 Coll., As amended, means the project documentation for the construction of that track and on the track at one stage includes documentation for the building permit or a notice of summary procedure and documentation for execution of the project. Part of the design work are all activities and documents providing a comprehensive public consultation, discussions with the owners of the affected properties and providing all necessary documents and certificates required for issuing the building permit, based on the power of attorney of the Client. Part of the Contractor~s obligations hereunder and performance of designer~s supervision which will ensure consistency in the implementation of proven construction and discussion of project documentation, in accordance with Law no. 183/2006 Coll., Building Act, as amended, under the terms of this Agreement . The project construction will determine the detail in the construction of technical, economic and architectural details, mass, material, construction and technical, technological, layout and performance and quality, and will take into account the impact on the environment and will include an inventory of works with statement of measurements and a detailed itemized budget each SO and PS and allow the provision of general budget as a basis for approval of project documentation for construction. This structure therefore extends the existing network of terrestrial base stations with two new stations (BTS 597 and BTS 599), and extends the range covered by the signal lines GSM-R network of about 12.5 kilometers. The main technological parts of the works is the construction of base stations BTS, which ensure signal propagation and the connection between the user network and the central coupling system. Newly proposed base stations are connected to a central coupling system MSC Austrian GSM-R (OBB) via the corresponding Base Station Controller BSC module. The necessary capacity and equipment BSC / MSC incl. individual licenses and supervision for the possibility of connecting both new BTS in GSM-R (A) guarantees the Austrian side and the commissioning must be close coordination between them. Connecting both the BTS to the controller BSC and the central interface module MSC is our part secured within the transmission device.
