The subject of performance of this contract is the supply of equipment allowing on-line audiovisual transmission of lectures without further intervention, at the appropriate (desired) quality (the Work). The delivery of this contract is provision of services consisting of the installation work, its commissioning, user training, documentation handed over solutions, providing security, no customer service, as well as other services listed in a binding contract proposal, which is an integral part of tender documentation as a Annex no. 5. Contracting Authority requires complex delivery including ensuring full functionality, without any additional costs by the client. The applicant is obliged to comply with the technical requirements set out in Annex. 6.1 tender documentation; if it fails to comply, will be excluded from the tender and its bid will not be considered.
