Each member of the group remains competent to execute the framework agreements which take effect from 1.1.2020 until 31.12.2020 and renewable annually 3 times by express renewal. They are mono-beneficiaries by issuing purchase orders on the basis of unit prices without commitment on minimum and maximum amounts. The prices are unitary revisable by means of the adjustment at each renewal.
