Agency : NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION Sub-tier : NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION Office : NASA HEADQUARTERS Description NASA has awarded a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to ICEYE, US, Inc., of Irvine, California, for the delivery of its high-resolution Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) (1 meter to 15 meters) commercial Earth observation data products, in support of NASA’s Commercial SmallSat Data Acquisition (CSDA) Program. As required by FAR 6.305, the Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) is attached. Under this agreement, the government will issue fixed-price BPA Calls for these products, at a not-to exceed value of $7 million per call. The period of performance is for five years from the effective date the agreement. The contractor is responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive catalogue of its high-resolution SAR commercial Earth observation data products including the data sets, associated metadata and ancillary information; data cadence; data latency; area coverage; and data usage policy.
