This order combines two seperate requirements related to the Library``s Copyright Royalty Board electronic filing case management system (CRB system), the first is providing ongoing hosting and operations and maintenance for the system with the second providing specific enhancements to the CRB system. Both requirements were previously posted as seperate requirements on Sam.gov and can be found at the links in this posting. Both requirements were also originally intended and posted as sole sources to NIC Federal, LLC. As the two requirements have been combined, an updated J&A has been provided in this posting for review as the award was not awarded competitively and was a sole source to NIC Federal, LLC for the reasons stated in the J&A attached to this posting.
