Part 2 - Supply of optics - individual items required by the contracting authority for the subject of performance of this part are listed in a separate appendix Table for valuation of the subject of performance part no. 2 in appendix no. 4 of the tender documentation. The result of the tender procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to the provisions of Section 133 of the Act for each of the above-mentioned parts of the General Contract separately in accordance with the conditions set out below by the contracting authority.
