Slovak Road Administration purchased in 2008 from the company EMIS Ltd. Modular upgrading of the information system ESID System, which offers a comprehensive register of land, sketches and contracts. In 2011 and 2012 he was ESID GIS system, enhanced with additional user licenses that have been installed mainly in workplaces road managers each IVSC (including detached workplaces), with a higher number of employees SSC had access to contracts and data in the land through this IS. Due to the high requirements for the purchase of land in property activities, the Slovak Road Administration decided to extend the possibilities of the information system ESID GIS System for additional functionality. Basic areas of accelerated formation of contracts: a) Accelerated formation of contracts - purchase contract for the permanent occupation; b) Agreement on the future contract; c) increase the formation of contracts - Rental contracts; d) Statistics ZTZ, controls, surveys; e) expropriation.
