Proposals will be introduced to for targeted national monitoring of foreign marine species in Norway with regard to methodology, already established species, doorstep species and the possibility of uncovering new establishments, as well as how they have been introduced. Proposals for the monitoring program must contain cost forecasts for the different investigations and alternatives proposed. The main project is limited to NOK 1 million in 2021.
