The service in question includes the conservation, deconservation and maintenance of the public irrigation system of Ervenica and Lipovac, all in accordance with the attached cost sheet. Since the service in question has certain similarities and elements of construction services,to the execution of the same, regulations and standards from the field of construction or construction services will be applied in an appropriate manner, to the extent that they are applicable to the service in question. In any case, the provisions on requirements and standards for safety and security at work will be applied,regulations on the management and organization of the construction site, the appointment of the construction manager and the service manager, the maintenance of the construction book and diary, and other applicable requirements and standards. Interventions in the space covered by the service in question can in any case be carried out without a document approving the constructionand location permits based on the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Point 7 of the Ordinance on simple and other buildings and works (Official Gazette, number: 112/17, 34/18, 36/19, 98/19, 31/20, 74/22, 155/23).
