The deadline for execution of the contract is 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of entry into force of the contract. This Treaty shall enter into force upon secured funding for which circumstance the contractor will be notified in writing. In the event that within a period of five (5) months from the signing of the contract, this condition is not fulfilled, either party can terminate the contract unilaterally without notice and without paying for it financial or other compensation to the other party. The implementation is divided into two stages, namely: First stage: includes development and coordination of the technical project in scope and content according to the assignment of designing and Regulation ? 4 for the scope and content of investment projects with a duration of ten (10) calendar days. The time limit begins to run from the date of signing the contract and ends with the surrender of the Principal Contractor of development prepared for consideration by ETIS RIA. Second stage: includes execution of construction - assembly work, with duration 35 (thirty five) calendar days. The deadline starts from the beginning of construction (means the date of the drawing up and signing the Acceptance transfer protocol site) and the date of final completion of construction - installation work (the date of the signature of acceptance protocol to establish the acceptability of the construction committee of the Employer).
