Full design shallinclude a pre-design protection system coordination study of the existing electricdistribution system in addition to verification of point-to-point wiring diagrams of theexisting relay protection system between the control house and outdoor station equipment.The pre-design protective device coordination study (coordination/short circuit/loadflow/arc flash, etc.) shall be completed prior to the full design of the proposed newmicroprocessor-based relay protection system.
