The works also includes for some dismantling of existing structures where necessitated by the replacement of existing structures, fittings, earth wires and miscellaneous items and where necessary site remediation works. testing and commissioning of the new line works is also required. The principal will supply and install underground fibres and telecommunications equipment within each substation and the contractor is required to provide all required materials and services to interface opgw with underground fibre installed by the principal.
