This scope of work requires the contractor to provide a service team that will disassemble the mixers as required to replace the parts listed in the material section provided in the quote. The contractor is to remove and dispose of old parts and have the mixers in working condition when done. This waws a Sole Source requirement and was awarded to Kercher Enterprises, Inc. a Lancaster Product on June 23, 2021.
