County (romania-bucharest: Sewage Treatment Services) Contract award notice: Exploitation and maintenance services of the wastewater treatment plant - tyuzosa, Maramure? county (romania-bucharest: Sewage treatment services) Provision of the services of operation and maintenance of the treatment-neutralization station in order to ensure the treatment-neutralization operations of the mine waters loaded with heavy metals from the mining perimeter of the treatment plant, in order to obtain an effluent that falls within the current technological parameters of the station wastewater treatment plant. (a) The estimated value of the monthly unit price of the operating and maintenance services is RON 66 127 / month, excluding VAT, for the normal operation of the station; (b) The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is: RON 3 174 096, excluding VAT. The value was calculated by summing the monthly unit price of the services of operation and maintenance of the treatment plant, during 48 months of operation in normal regime; (c) The minimum estimated value of the framework agreement is: 793 524 RON, excluding VAT. The value was calculated by summing the monthly unit price of the services of operation and maintenance of the treatment plant, during 12 months of operation in normal regime; (d) The maximum estimated value of the subsequent contract is: 793 524 RON, excluding VAT. The value was calculated by summing the monthly unit price of the operation and maintenance services of the treatment plant, during 12 months of normal operation; (e) The minimum estimated value of the subsequent contract: RON 66 127, excluding VAT. The value was calculated for the operation of the treatment plant in normal mode, during a calendar month. The deadline by which the potential bidders can request clarifications regarding the award documentation is 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline for submitting the consolidated response to the clarification requests will be on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
