Service of Configuration and Development of Labware Lims Evolutionary Tissue for the Blood and Tissue Bank. By virtue of article 168 letter to section 2 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, of public sector contracts, since the invited company is the only one that can assume the provision of this service at the same time. Competence for technical reasons: Since the BST is currently using the Labware computer solution in the tissue area, it is intended to take advantage of knowledge to apply improvements in process configuration. The number of different processes may vary, which should be emphasized the importance of designing the methodology so that the BST can self -manage the processes by adding the relevant functionality blocks, which is why evolutionary of the application is needed that cover the needs. From the BST.Segonous Tissue Area the exposed, and since the BST does not have technical means to carry out this task and that for technical reasons it is advisable to hire them to an external operator to be able to perform them, it is needed to match the 'company that provides the service to the Blood and Tissue Bank.
