The successful Design Teams will be required to include the following disciplines: — Architect or Building Surveyor (must act as Lead Consultant); — Quantity Surveyor; — Mechanical and Electrical Engineer; — Civil and Structural Engineer; — CDM Co-ordinator. The Services covered by the Procurement have been sub-divided into 2 geographical Lots as follows: Lot 1 — Antrim (including Belfast/Down/Armagh); Lot 2 — Derry/Tyrone/Fermanagh. The successful Design Teams may be required to provide the services by way of agreed Work Packages. Work Packages will vary in size, may involve 1 or more dwellings and may also vary in terms of the particular elements of services required.
