The oldest building balance of the city home, the hospital building, goes back to the 14th century. Over the centuries, enlargements, conversions and renewals took place, so that the plant is divided into hospital buildings, northern and southern wing and west wings today. The area stands almost entirely by listing protection (floor interface as well as individual monuments). Currently, 74 resident places are predominantly available in single rooms. The insufficient fulfillment of existing regulations and the now outdated overall state of the buildings makes it necessary to renovate the existing buildings.
