The study carried out 365 days a year with people aged 10-84 years living in Denmark. Analysis Universe is ~all Danish the day~: 4.7 million Danes (10-84 years) times 365 days per year. A total of 1.7 billion. possible traffic bolsters. The study is organized so that the resultant data as far as possible of the population of traffic bolsters. This means that the study sought representative of both calendar days, geography, gender, age and where possible also for other socio-economic parameters. As well as co-variation between the calendar and the other parameters to be avoided. Simultaneously, working under the conditions that the memory horizon gives limitation on time can be interviewed in relation to the interview object (traffic day). Previous studies have shown a significant correlation between time lag and basic traffic indicators such as number of trips, even if the interview conducted 2 instead of 1 day after traffic day. It is therefore of great importance that the interview is carried out within one day after the traffic day. Another term is that it must be avoided that interview dates is controlled by self-selection. Experience from previous studies show that even chosen dates can not be considered representative of the total traffic picture. Another aspect is that it is not so easy to make contact to the individual days of the week; a non-managed process will thus result in a skewed sample, calendar point of view.
