The Contracting Authority giving access to relavante IT systems including Navision Stat, SLS and EASY-A with for the control of data. Also provided free rooms available. The statutory audit: - Start-up costs in connection with change of Audit - Review of the annual report provided. Order no. 1293 of 12.12.2008 audit and reimbursement controls, etc. by institutions for business education - Review of the Community administrative ESIS - Erhvervsskolernes IT Cooperation - Revision of the ordinary and supplementary quarterly grant reports - Review of the report on VAT compensation once annually - IT audit - Grant Accounting - Performing the audit - Participation in the board meeting where the annual report must be reviewed and approved. Selling should be aware that there is a correlation between Southern Denmark Business School Audit and ESIS, IT audit is also part of revision of ESIS. The Contracting Entity shall draw up budgets and ongoing budget control and the required reconciliations and specifications for use Annual Report. Option on tilkøbsydelsernes scope: Acquisition services can be special advice, examination tasks, monitoring, consultancy and special tasks, such as analysis of the task area.
