This contract is a consultation for an assistance mission to the Client for the public service delegation procedure for the realization and operation of Grand Nancy Thermal This mission aims to: - accompany the Grand Nancy the preparation of tender documents of the companies that should include all documents necessary for the proper understanding of the project by the candidates, - to assist the Greater Nancy in the analysis of applications and tenders received under the consulting for the design, construction and operation of thermal Grand Nancy - Nancy to attend the Great during the negotiation phases with candidates for elected delegate - to draft and finalize the final contract of delegation public service. The amount of this market is estimated at 200 000 EUR (including VAT). The contract shall become effective after notice and will end with the notification of the public service delegation contract. The term of the contract coincides with the implementation period. Initial estimated total value of the contract:123 450 EURIncluding VAT.
