The growing season on Whiteman AFB is from 1 April until 31 October. The Government has the option to request services from the Offeror during the months of March and November, if necessary, for the average monthly rate of that specific option year. The Offeror will be given a one month notice when services will be requested for the month before or after the traditional growing season. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number FA462521R1003.
