Contractor shall supply new JSECST and Model 527 Radar Signal Simulator equipment in order to provide end-to-end, portable testing of airborne electronic combat systems under test, and directly inform the operational status of electronic warfare systems installed on military aircraft. Firm-fixed price contract type is utilized due to the relatively well-defined technical resources and time required to produce test equipment assets. This contract supports a total of five (5) FMS Electronic Combat International Security Assistance Program (ECISAP) partners' sustainment requirements.
