The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for a period of 24 months from the date of its signature, with an expected number of 3 economic operators (the maximum number being all of the tenderers declared admissions). 2. Subsequentcontracts (firm orders) will be attributed by resuming competition between economic operators signatories of the Framework Agreement according to art. 110 from H.G. 395/2016, and the elements that will be subject to the resumption of the competition will be: the price for the required air transport services for the destinations provided in the specifications and eventually new ones, depending on the needs of the purchaser. 3.
