In case of excess delivery or commissioning if the contracting authority will apply to financial corrections by the Managing Authority for this, they will be borne entirely by suppliers. 6. Delivery of equipment to beneficiary reuzinat lead to reimbursement of all expenses incurred and payments made by the beneficiary for the equipment it supplied. 7. The equipment delivery will be accompanied by a statement issued by the manufacturer, in original, stating the date of manufacture machine.
