Kifisias 60 For the attention of: Maria Seferi, Stayroyla Mpoyzoyki 151 25 Maroysi GREECE Telephone: +30 2106151000/2106151030 Fax: +30 2106105049 Internet addre System of Measurement and Reporting Electronic Communications Networks Quality Indicators Contract award: System of Measurement and Reporting Electronic Communications Networks Quality Indicators the project involves the creation of a web platform using which any user or investor telecommunication systems (fixed and mobile) can acquire a valid, objective and comparable information on the quality of networks (fixed and mobile) in Greece and quality offered by these telecommunications services. The infrastructure to be installed and will work under the project includes appropriate information system that will store and presenting the measurement results, and related subsystems required for the measurements in the case of FP mobile. The metering equipment will support appropriate interfaces with the information system in order to supplying the measurements in real time (online) or to report periodically (offline). The information system, in addition to recording and storage of the measurements, will present the results of measurements, interactively, on digital cartographic. The key features of the proposed IT platform is to provide a friendly environment that enables the user to monitor appropriate elements compared all providers for the geographical points of interest. The informational platform will be structured to include at least: - Units per provider, technology and service categories that the user wants to examine. - In each module through an interactive platform geographical data mapping (GIS), the user may select geographical areas or sites for which interested. They will then provide the user the ability to select one or more FF in this module. - For each DA (per module) will provide information, such as for example, the definition of the characteristics of, and necessary additional information / explanatory texts to help the user understand the results per PO. - For each PO selected for obtaining information, the user will be informed of the time such period for which it is available (per user). After selection of the same, the user may take comparative tables or diagrams to be presented together with the results of two (2) or more providers for a TQ and for one or more measuring periods. - For QA of mobile communications systems will provide the ability to display, on the GIS platform, the path that took place in the selected area and the results of the selected FF with a color scale. - For FF fixed network will allow viewing the aggregated results for the whole territory (where measurements were made) and results by municipality or region (if any). - For FP end users handling services and directory services will be presented aggregated results for PBX providers. - For all regardless of their rights will be given statistical results about the performance of providers in one or more measuring periods.
