The subject of the contract is the periodic renovation of the s / y Oceania ship for the Institute of Oceanology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, ul. Powsta?c?w Warszawy 55, 81-712 Sopot (proceedings number IO / ZP / 10/2020). 2. Due to the specific nature of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party requires the works covered by the subject of the contract to be performed while the ship's hull is docked. The Contractor shall bear all costs related to docking the vessel. 3. The scope of works covered by the subject of the contract is indicated in Annex 9 to the SETC. 4. The works are to be performed under the supervision of PRS. The Contractor should take into account PRS's comments when performing the contract. 5. As part of the contract, the contractor is obliged to deliver at his own expense all parts, materials and devices necessary for the renovation service, except for parts, materials and devices indicated directly in the description of the subject of the contract as provided or delivered by the Ordering Party. 6.
