The required warranty period - 36 months - the entire duration of the contract. 4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix 4 to the SETC. 5. If the description of the subject of the contract indicates any trademark, patent or origin - it should be assumed that the indicated patents, trademarks, origin determine the technical, operational and functional parameters, which means that the contracting authority allows the submission of an offer in this part of the subject of the contract with equivalent technical, operational and utility parameters.
